Franke Lloyd Wright's Robie House
Frank Lloyd Wright is widely considered to be one of the most influential architects of our time. In 1908 Wright completed plans for the Robie House in Oak Park, IL. Built in 1910, the Robie House is the definition of Prairie style design. The house is undergoing a 10-year renovation to commemorate its 100th anniversary. The foundation overseeing the renovation tapped Ameriglaze to provide refinished fixtures for one of the bathrooms. Mike Ripp, using NAPCO supplies and equipment, has refinished a period bathtub and corner sink that will be placed into a bathroom in the house.
