What is Ameriglaze, Inc.?
|
Ameriglaze, Inc. training was started in 2000 when the folks at NAPCO saw a need for professional training to go along with their high quality products. Mike Ripp was hired to run the NAPCO manufacturing plant and get the training program off the ground.
Mike refinished his first bathtub in 1977. He immediately saw the opportunity that refinishing offered. Mike built the business and hired and trained all of his own technicians and the company was very successful.
In 1998 Mike was lured away from entrepreneurship to become the Director of Training and Technical Support for a major U.S. refinishing franchise. During that time Mike trained many franchise refinishers from around the country and the world.
Mike also fielded technical calls from all of the company's franchisees. These owners would call Mike with questions from the field. They were in a difficult situation and needed expert advice. Mike knew the answers and helped them successfully get the job done.
In 2000 Mike had a vision of a company that would provide top quality training at an affordable price. Mike joined forces with the folks at NAPCO, the recognized leader in quality refinishing supplies and materials.
Mike is the Operations Manager for NAPCO. He does all the product testing, quality control, and fields the technical calls from both independent and franchise refinishers in the U.S. and worldwide. Ameriglaze, Inc. is the training arm of NAPCO, Ltd.
