Privacy and Security Policy
All orders are placed over a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent so outside parties can’t access the information. All customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. We do not sell, trade or rent your information to other companies or individuals. When you register we ask for certain information about you and your company. This allows us to promptly process your orders and fill your needs. Again, we do not sell, trade or rent your information to other companies or individuals.
Who can order?
Due to the chemical nature and particular handling of many of our products, NAPCO does not sell to the general public. Prospective customers can contact us to see if they qualify to become a NAPCO dealer. Each purchaser is given an individual dealer number when they become a NAPCO customer. This number is used to identify that business as a professional dealer and is required for all purchases. Possession of a NAPCO catalog does not constitute the right to purchase from NAPCO.
If your products are shipped to an address in Illinois an 8 3/4% sales tax will be applied. Otherwise sales tax is not charged.
Although NAPCO generally ships orders within 24 hours of receipt or sooner, occasionally we do experience bottlenecks. We ship in order of receipt. Therefore, placing an order before noon is recommended for increasing the possibility of your order shipping the same day.
NAPCO warrants only that the products shall meet their specifications. This warranty is in lieu of all other written or unwritten, expressed or implied warranties, and NAPCO expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer assumes all risks whatsoever as to the use of the material. The buyer’s exclusive remedy as to any breach of warranty, negligence or other claims shall be limited to the replacement of the material, or a refund for the material. Failure to strictly adhere to recommended procedure shall release NAPCO with respect to the material or the use thereof. To the extent that NAPCO gives a warranty, that warranty shall expire one year after the goods have been in the customers' receipt.
On-line orders must be paid for using a current and valid Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express card. C.O.D. terms may be arranged for customers with good credit history with NAPCO.
Prices & Quantity Discounts
Quantity Discounts: Each customer is included in our NAPCO Gemstone Rewards Program to ensure they receive the maximum discount off of our already competitive prices. The more you purchase from NAPCO, the more money you save.
Based on your NAPCO sales for the prior four quarters, you will receive a discount on all your purchases. These discounts are:

Over and above the discounts listed above we offer generous volume discounts on many items based on the quantity you purchase on each individual order. These line item discounts are listed below and calculated on the discounted price based on your gem level.

Claims, Returns & Exchanges
We take extreme care to fill orders properly. If an error has been made by NAPCO it must be reported to NAPCO within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise or the claim will be denied. Damages by truck companies, UPS or FedEx must be reported to NAPCO within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise in order to process the claim. Shipping damages by truck companies must be noted in writing on the bill of lading upon receipt of your goods. If the damage is not noted on the bill of lading upon delivery a claim with the freight company cannot be processed and credit will not be issued.
In order to return or exchange an item, prior authorization must be received from a NAPCO customer service representative. Upon approval of the return, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be assigned. No credit will be issued without proper authorization (an RGA number) from NAPCO. Customers are responsible for freight fees on returned or exchanged items. Credit on returns is based upon salvageable value at the time of the return. NAPCO will not be held responsible for any damages that occur to return goods in shipment. A 20% restocking fee is assessed to returned items. No returns will be authorized by NAPCO on goods that have been in the customer’s receipt for 20 days or more.
