Steve ZamborskyOur Head of Research and Development, Steve Zamborsky, recently sat down with the hosts of the Mighty House Home Improvement Show to discuss NAPCO’s new products for bathroom and kitchen refinishing. Steve also talked about the upcoming training programs, how the refinishing process works, and the benefits and application of various NAPCO products.

The Mighty House radio team expressed profound interest in the extensive training programs NAPCO offers for bathroom and kitchen refinishing. From bathtubs to sinks and cabinets to countertops, the hosts were intrigued to learn about just how many surfaces have the capability to be refinished.

In addition to the various training programs and its newest waterborne products, Steve also touched on NAPCO’s highly knowledgeable customer service team, which offers on-the-job support to answer refinisher questions. “Customer service is key for us. It really is – it’s one of our three unique selling points,” says Steve.

Finally, Steve discussed the recent launch of Piranha Prep, an innovative hydrofluoric acid-free 2-in-1 etch-cleaner combo product that can save refinishers time and is environmentally friendly.
