Last month, we were lucky enough to attend the National Association for Business Resources luncheon in the Loop and were even more fortunate to be one of the winners of “Chicago’s 2019 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®”! Wow. We’re honored. And we’d add that while the company was on the receiving end of the award, we want to take the opportunity to applaud and thank our employees, who are most definitely the best and brightest. 

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Sara Laamiri from Marketing Administrator to Marketing Manager at NAPCO, Ltd. Sara is now responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for NAPCO.

With all the confusion in the housing market, refinishers have an exciting opportunity to expand their skills and fill a labor market gap. Many of NAPCO’s long-time bathtub refinishing customers have signed on for the new kitchen refinishing training program.

Dani Nichols, President of North American Polymer Company, Ltd, (NAPCO), celebrated her 23rd anniversary with the company on 14 February. Nichols has been serving as President since 2018, and her leadership has been essential to NAPCO’s success over the years.

The expansion of NAPCO’s refinisher training course led to an increase in annual enrollment from 80 to 170 refinishers, more than double the number of successfully trained, certified refinishing professionals from the previous year.

NAPCO has announced its renewed partnership with Habitat for Humanity. This marks the second year that NAPCO and the global nonprofit housing organization have joined forces.

Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2018 – the second year in a row that NAPCO has been recognized for this award. While over 800 companies were nominated for this award, NAPCO along with 160 other organizations were selected as award recipients.
